Returns

All sales are final; based on our policies; which prohibit Classical Homeopathic Counseling & Remedi Animal Solutions from taking back and reselling remedies. If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly replace the product. To make a claim about a damaged product, please contact us directly @ (406) 777-5875, within 7 days of delivery of your order. Orders that are past 30 days of delivery are not eligible.

Shipping

Remedies are shipped via USPS First Class. The estimated delivery time is generally 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Before contacting us about your order, please check your email and/or mobile-phone texts for shipping/tracking information, be sure to check your email Spam folder. Rush Delivery

Rushed/Overnight orders are shipped via UPS and are for emergencies only. Please note, a minimum order of $100.00 is required. Please contact us directly for requirements and information to process an Overnight order: (406)777-5875.

International Orders

Classical Homeopathic Counseling & Remedi Animal Solutions does not currently process online orders to countries or US territories outside of the contiguous United States. Please contact us directly to place your overseas orders. (406)777-5875

Lost or Stolen Packages and Delays

Classical Homeopathic Counseling & Remedi Animal Solutions are not responsible for; lost or stolen packages, delays or damage due to weather, or other issues that may hinder the shipping provider from delivering your package.
